In this role, your specific responsibility is to work with system & design team and be responsible for all aspects of the design cycle:
- specification development,
- conceptual design,
- transistor level design,
- circuit layout supervision,
- design validation testing,
- Presentation at design reviews.
The successful candidate will have：
- A MSEE with a minimum of 4 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 6 years experience.
- Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout, tapeout and testing
- Proven mass productions experience
- Be able to lead the design team and mentor less experienced team members
- Understanding semiconductor process/devices, layout tools and VHDL-A, Verilog-A or other high level modeling language
- Understanding of geometric verification, schematic to layout verification is also mandatory
- Experience with design in areas of power management IC or data converters a plus
- Willing to work with customers, and have good communication skills (both Chinese and English) is preferred.

Job Description:
- This full time position involves the design of integrated circuits and cells using IC design CAD tools.
- The applicant should be familiar with polygon editors, extractors, and layout verification software and tools.
- Any experience with Cadence virtuoso suite layout tools would be considered a plus.
Requirements:
- An associate degree in electronics or the equivalent
- 2 years of prior experience as a layout technician
- Good communication skills and team player

Job Description:
- Work with customers and marketing team to determine product requirements and define the IC system and architecture based on the requirements,
- Analyze/simulate and experiment the IC in a range of applications,
- Work with IC designers to implement the product, evaluate silicon and compare to the original design proposals,
- Work with IC designers and application engineers on datasheets.
- Work with Application engineers for the demo boards.
Requirements:
- A MSEE and 3+ years relevant experience.
- A keen understanding of switching power system and topologies, for example, Flyback, forward, PFC, DC/DC converter (Buck and Boost) etc. is needed.
- Proven experience of Switching power supply or LED driver design is a must.
- Understanding PWM control, Orcad/Pspice, Sabre, Matlab/Simulink or other high level modeling language.
- Good analytical skills, lab experience, and communication skills are also needed.
